Accessories advice
I feel like such a teenage girl lately. One thing is that I walked around telling everyone, "I so totally failed my polygraph," but then it turned out I actually hadn't. Another is that I am still sad that I no longer have a cell phone that accommodates this little Hello Kitty doohickey (surely there is some Japanese word for it) that PJ gave me before I left Chicago.
How can Koreans be making phones that don't have a hook for you to loop your little Hello Kitty doohickey over? I mean, with kimono and obi and everything. Anyway, she needs to be replaced, so I am considering going Korean altogether, since I'm carrying around a Samsung, and get something Pucca instead. Problem: indecisiveness. So help?

Ok, One, is it a surprise that the Korean phone makers would have a competing standard for phone doohickey to prevent you from attaching your excessively Japanese Hello Kitty? I mean, if HK were just wearing a cute little western dress with a bow, that would be one thing, but I'm not sure that Samsung didn't intentionally work to prevent attachment of kimono and obi to its proud Korean phone.
And, Two, I'm not sure that Pucca is Korean. I don't know where she's from, and I have no objection to her, but I just didn't want you to pick her for the wrong reason. I don't know of any internationally known Cute Character that is Korean in origin. Mashimaro and Darepandas are Japanese. I'm also a big fan of McMug/McDull, who are from Hong Kong.
Huh, I was always under the impression that she was Korean in origin (well, though meant to be ethnically Chinese, I think). Here:

Ah. I stand corrected. And proud to know that there is indeed an internationally known Cute Character of Korean origin.
