The heights

When you're staying in an elite room
in a downtown touristy hotel (one that's not nearly as luxurious as it pretends to be, especially when compared with its local competitors), it apparently means that your bed has, count 'em,
twelve pillows. That's some elite pillow action!

I did count 'em and I only counted 9. Not as elite as one is led to believe.

...same here... tho in my case probably thesis-induced visual insufficiency, no doubt...

Oooh, my face is crimson with shame. Crimson! Maybe this can be a new heuristic for the efficacy of migraine medication: can the headache sufferer do simple multiplication of single-digit numbers? If not, then maybe it's not working so well. (Of course, the absence of absence of pain also a good heuristic.)

And upon further consideration I'm upset with the falsely raised expectations because dammit, nine pillows should certainly be dramatically elite enough!
